eVA Self–Inspect empowers customers to appraise their part exchange vehicles anytime, anywhere, on any mobile devices, capturing key information such as service history, number of keys and images, all before the customer steps onto the forecourt. By delegating part of the appraisal process to the customer, retailers benefit from higher-quality leads with a clear buying intent while time spent on completing valuations internally is significantly reduced. Additionally, insight into the appraisal of the vehicle improves trust with the customer, enhancing the part-exchange journey and driving greater retention.
The remote nature of these appraisals also enables retailers to reach new customers. As these appraisals can be done from anywhere, retailers can target consumers outside of their local area.
